Job Description: Individual is needed to plan and carry out ministry to junior and senior high school teenagers on a daily basis. Ability to plan, oversee student leadership development, run camps, retreats and special events is an asset. Some administrative duties and computer skills needed. Applicants should have some experience or education in youth ministry. Interests in sports, games, camping, drama, public speaking an asset. A vehicle is important for this job. The salary of this staff position is determined on a scale based on education and experience and is funded on a missionary basis – requiring the gathering of a ministry partnership team.
